About Jay Klassen


Born and raised in Ottawa, I’ve always had a love for anything construction and homes. I left a well-paid job in tech to pursue my passion for residential properties. It started with one small renovation business which rapidly expanded into more construction ventures; property investment, home inspections and converting investment properties into high-end rentals.
I’ve coached other entrepreneurs in all aspects of small business from marketing to sales. My experiences and continuing desire to positively impact people, made Real Estate sales a natural progression for my career! I’m excited to move to Royal LePage Team Realty for it’s great local presence and to help me serve my community even better.
